A postmark by 11\/3\/2026 at 8 p.m. is not sufficient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Voter Registration<\/h4>\n<p>Pennsylvania residents with a valid PA driver\u2019s license, PennDOT issued ID or last four digits of their Social Security Number may complete their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vote.pa.gov\/Register-to-Vote\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>voter registration<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0online. <em>If you are not a U.S. citizen and a resident of Pennsylvania at least 30 days before the next election, you CANNOT register to vote. If you have any questions, call 1-877-VOTESPA (1-877-868-3772).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Students living outside of PA can find their state\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.campusvoteproject.org\/state-student-voting-guides\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>voter registration information<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Be sure to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pa.gov\/agencies\/vote\/voter-registration\/check-my-registration-status\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">check your voter registration status<\/a> to ensure you are registered to vote and your information is up to date.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Location Selection for Registration<\/h5>\n<p><em>Students may select the location where they wish to vote: School or Home Address.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>School Residence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Resident students attending LVC may register to vote with their campus address. They do not have to plan to reside at that address permanently or after graduation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Home Residence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Some students may choose to register or remain registered at their home address either in Pennsylvania or outside of the state.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ways to Vote<\/h4>\n<p><strong>In person: <\/strong>On Election Day, the PA polling places are open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pa.gov\/services\/vote\/find-your-local-polling-place\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">°ÅÀÖÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø your local polling place<\/a> (based on your address listed on your voter registration).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mail-in ballot: <\/strong>Any registered voter may <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pavoterservices.pa.gov\/OnlineAbsenteeApplication\/#\/OnlineAbsenteeBegin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">apply to vote by mail<\/a> in the next election.
