The goal of this four-week summer study abroad program is to offer LVC students the opportunity to engage with the language, culture, lifestyle, and diversity of Buenos Aires.
Belize
The goal of this one-week study abroad program is for students in the Communication Sciences and Disorders and Speech Language Pathology Department to blend hands-on clinical practice with rich cultural immersion, local excursions, meaningful community engagement, and time to explore the natural beauty and history of Belize.
Canada
The goal of this four-week summer study abroad program is to offer LVC students the opportunity to engage with the language, culture and lifestyle in the cradle of French-speaking Quebec City, Canada. Students will enroll in an intensive French course at their appropriate level (advanced beginner, intermediate, advanced), and participate in mandatory volunteer experiences and optional cultural activities in the afternoons to truly immerse in French language and culture.
Prague, Czech Republic
This four-week study abroad program in Prague offers LVC students the opportunity to solve problems, explore new cultural norms, and experience the lifestyle in the Czech Republic. Students will study at the CEA CAPA Prague Center, an international education provider offering premier academic programs for U.S. college and university students and provider of LVC’s semester study abroad program in France.
London, England
The goal of this weeklong study abroad program is for students to expand the “encounter” with religion in the classroom. This program is available to students enrolled in REL 140 Encountering World Religions in the spring of 2027.
Perugia, Italy
The goal of this summer study abroad program in Italy is to offer LVC students the opportunity to engage with the culture, language, and lifestyle of Italy in the small, historic city of Perugia.
Japan
The goal of this three-week summer study abroad program is to offer LVC students studying in any major the opportunity to engage with athletics and cultural tradition in Japan. Japan’s sports culture is a vibrant mix of ancient traditions and modern enthusiasm. Their athleticism resonates through its history and society from sports like Sumo to Baseball.
